Dream Body Cosmetics Policy

Our top priority is to ensure that you have a personalized experience. Our fair and transparent policies are designed to guarantee your ultimate satisfaction. Check out our policies below.

  • An appointment is required for all visits at Dream Body Cosmetics.

  • Absolutely NO extras allowed!

  • A deposit will be required immediately for new clients upon booking an appointment with Dream Body Cosmetics.

  • All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable at Dream Body Cosmetics.

  • You are allowed one free reschedule with Dream Body Cosmetics no less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointments.

  • Appointments canceled less in than 24 hours will be required to make a deposit to book again.

  • Please let the service provider know of any medical, physical, or personal concerns before the treatment(s).

  • You may experience a 5–10-minute wait as clients prepare to leave and clean up time.

  • Please arrive at Dream Body Cosmetics no earlier than 15 minutes before or  on time for your scheduled appointment, to avoid delays for the next client(s), we will not make up for the time lost.

  • A late fee will be implemented of 10% of  your treatment costs additional to clients who arrive more than 8 minutes late after their scheduled time at Dream Body Cosmetics.

  • A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to cancel appointments booked at Dream Body Cosmetics. Failure to do will result in loss of the deposit made.

  • NO Shows will not be allowed to book treatment(s) with Dream Body Cosmetics.

  • No client will be allowed to have a TAB at Dream Body Cosmetics.

  • No refunds will be given for treatments. Exchanges for products ONLY.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Promotions and discounts cannot be combined for treatments or products at Dream Body Cosmetics.

  • ALL promotional deal treatment(s) must be performed during the same visit at Dream Body Cosmetics.​​​

Information collected from the website and how it may be used.

The Site may collect two types of information: (1) personal information you knowingly choose to disclose, and (2) website use information collected in aggregate.

We may also send you news, updates, related product or service information, promotions, etc. enabling us to give you convenient access to products and services that may be of interest to you. You can unsubscribe from any of our email programs by clicking the unsubscribe button, or by following the instructions in relation to opting out of future emails in any email you receive from us.

To the extent that our processing of your personal information is based on your consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time by closing your account. Withdrawing your consent will not, however, affect the lawfulness of the processing based on your consent before its withdrawal, and will not affect the lawfulness of our continued processing that is based on any other lawful basis for processing your personal information. If you withdraw your consent to our processing of personal information, then in some cases we may not be able to provide you services.

 

We do not sell your personal information to third-parties (e.g. email list makers and the like); however, your personal information may be shared with our corporate partners.
